A few things I have learned from setting up birthday parties of every size and age that will actually help you:
- Mix your table shapes. Rectangle tables for the food and dessert spread, round tables for seated guests, cocktail tables for the minglers. That combination makes any space feel intentional and well thought out.
- Floor length linens on every table. Every single time. It does not matter if it is a casual backyard birthday or an elegant dinner party. Floor length linens make everything look like you tried WAY harder than you did. That is the whole move.
- Yard games are not just for kids. Cornhole and giant Jenga at an adult birthday party keep the energy going between food and cake and get people talking who might not know each other. Every. Single. Time.
- And add a cocktail table near the entrance with a welcome drink. Your guests walk in and immediately feel taken care of. On a summer birthday especially this is the detail that sets the whole tone for the night.

Every single one! Sweet 16s, 21sts, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and every year in between. Your 34th deserves a beautiful setup just as much as any other birthday and we will show up for it the same way every single time.
What chairs work best for a birthday party?
It really depends on your vibe! Chiavari chairs for an elegant dinner party feel. Garden chairs for a casual backyard birthday. Most birthday parties land somewhere in between and either works beautifully. Text us your vibe and we will tell you exactly what we would pick!
What tables should I rent for a birthday party?
A mix is almost always the right answer! Round tables for seated guests, a rectangle table for the food and cake, and a couple of cocktail tables for mingling. That combination covers most birthday setups of 30 to 75 guests beautifully. Not sure how many tables you need? Text us your guest count and we will figure it out together!
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! Delivery and setup are available add-ons you can select right at checkout. We show up, set everything up, and come back after to break it all down and take it away. The birthday person should not be doing any of that on their big day!
What yard games do you have?
Cornhole, giant Jenga, Tetris Tumbler XL, and giant Connect 4. We also have a Recess Game Bundle and a Pinterest Game Bundle for a curated mix. Adults get surprisingly competitive and we are absolutely here for it! 🎯
What if my guest count changes?
No problem at all! We ask for final changes at least 14 days before your event. You can reduce quantities by up to 10% and add items based on availability. We will update everything and confirm in writing so there are zero surprises!
